At the Powell Draft Board the draftees wait for processing of their papers. John Kitasako, group leader, checks with Miss Alta Christiansen, the secretary of the Powell Draft Board, while Douglas M. Todd, Assistant Project Director, looks on. Miss Christiansen would later appear as a witness at the trial of the draft resisters.
